This custom all brick home located on the highly desired Enoch Road in Conway SC was built by Horry County native Robert Rabon. He served as the Republican Horry County chairman from 2005 until 2011 and again from 2013 until 2017.  Mr Rabon was licensed as an insurance broker in 1976 and as a real estate broker in 1977. He established Rabon's Housing Center in 1979. That same year, he served on the Horry County Council. He has been a member of such committees and clubs as the Aynor Lion's Club, Conway Rotary Club, SC Manufactured Housing Board, Highway 31 Task Force, Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation, the United Carolina Bank Board, and the Horry County Higher Education Commission. Additionally, Robert has been on the Coastal Carolina Board of Trustees, the Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority Board of Directors, and was the campaign chair for the Penny Sales Tax for Horry Georgetown Technical College, Coastal Carolina University, and Horry County Schools. Needless to say Mr. Rabon has been quite an asset to Horry County.

What started out as a modest 2600 heated square foot home turned out to be a living area of 3659 ht, sq, ft. and an additional 1559 ht. sq. ft. of garage with a 360 sq. ft. breezeway. Giving this home a total of 5578 square foot under roof!

Mr. Rabon had built that home to live in for the rest of his life, however things in his life changed so he decided to sell in 2004. He sold the home to Henry Meier who lived in the home until December of 2007. That is when the current owner decided she was ready to retire and move south. She found this beautiful home with plenty of land, bedrooms and a built in pool! The home is only 20 minutes to Myrtle Beach which made it even better.  The County seat of Horry county, City of Conway, is only 5 minutes away making this a more than convenient location to live.

While living here she had completely finished off the garage, added insulation and a separate HVAC unit. She is an avid car collector so taking care of her babies was important. In 2009 Mrs. Fraley found out she had to move back home. Her company decided it wasn't time for her to retire so she is back at work full time on the East Coast of Maryland. She loves this home and really hates to part with it but she feels it's time.

As Mrs. Fraley's Realtor, I am looking for a buyer for this beautiful home. There are so many beautiful elements to this home that anyone would be proud to call this house a home. The neighbors are friendly, welcoming and offer a sense of community with out having an H.O.A and dues.  Please consider adding this to your list of home to preview when looking in the Myrtle Beach area for a new home!
