Ok you have visited either my website or maybe the or and found a HUD home you want to purchase; NOW WHAT?

You now need a Realtor with access to the HUDs website. Only HUD Certified Selling Brokers can submit your bid. HUD Certified Selling Brokers each have a unique NAID number; This demonstrates they meet the standards that the US HUD has establised for licensed real estate brokers to submit bids for buyers through the HUD's website 

Carolina Pines Realty is a HUD Certified Listing Broker and I am a HUD Certified Selling Broker. Please give me a call and let me know which home you would like to see or submit a bid for. 

Below is a list of items I need to submit your bid on any HUD home. Please email me the following information:

All Purchasers Full Name



Phone Number

Social Security Number

Address of the Property

Are you planning to live in the home? Owner Occupant or Investor buyer?

How you will be purchasing? Cash, Mortgage Loan (if loan how much down of the purchase price? Minimum of 3.5% of Price)

If you plan to use a Mortgage Loan; are you...pre-approved, approved or need to get approved? If you are Approved or Pre-Approved - Please include a copy of the approval or pre approval letter from your lenders contact information. The seller HUD will agree to pay 3% of a buyers loan closing cost. Do you want to request the seller pay 3% of closing cost? 

If you need to get pre approved I can send you a list of lender waiting to help you. *Unless you have this letter for a loan you will not be able to bid on a HUD home.

That is how easy it is to submit an offer on a HUD Home!
