I had the distinct pleasure of raising my two children on the beach front here in Horry County in the days when my nearest neighbors were a long ways away. 

I've seen Horry County grow and have loved every minute of it.  There have been many exciting changes and I know there are many more in the works.  My husband is a retired US Air Force man who was stationed here at the Air Force Base in Myrtle Beach before its closure. We now drive through and see the many changes there and look forward to the many upcoming changes in the future.  

After his retirement we ventured to Tennessee where we opened a Seafood Restaurant, market and catering business.  After a few years of success there, our hearts yearned to return to the sands of Myrtle Beach.

Upon returning in 1987, I became a licensed real estate agent.   I have been an active member of the Board of Realtors not only as a member but in several committees and support them in any way I can. 

In 1996 I felt the need to get out on my "own", to work with others and offer them what they wanted.  I completed the necessary education and obtained my broker's license.  I then opened Carolina Pines Realty, Inc. in 1997 at the present location in Surfside Beach and have been successful there ever since.  in 2008 I sold the company to it's present owner and broker in charge, Beth Ross, and I continue to work with her as broker associate.

I am a member of the Seaside Community Church and am active in not only their choir but also teach Sunday School and am on various committees as time permits.

It is my intent to continue to offer my customers the individualized service they desire.  Thank you for allowing me to do that for you.
